What are your hours of operation?

We operate Monday-Friday 9am to 6pm 
We do not process orders on Holidays this includes but is not limited to New Years Day, MLK, Mother's Day, 4th of July, Memorial Day, Labor Day, President's Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve & Christmas

You may however recieve correspondence outside or after hours of operations these instances are not counted in your 10 Day Turn Around ( see next post)

What are your turnaround times?

We are currently on 10 day tunrnarounds for basic design services, including logos,flyers, and content packages.

What is needed for me as a client of Honey Trap GFX

EFFECTIVE 01/01/2021

You are required to respond to all requests and correspondence in a timely manner, It is important that you check your email proactively and often. We strive to fulfill all orders in a timely manner so in event that you do need revisions but would like more time please let us know so we can accomodate your needs!!

Logos can be tricky, especially if this is your first time... No worries. We offer creative consultations in 30 minutes incriments.

I need a website, how does the process work?"

Congrats, on taking your business to the next level! We are currently are booked for full web projects but you may purchase our website graphics package!

We offer fully functional e-commerce websites hosted by Wix.

Because each website is created different we do not offer base prices for web design. They range from $350-$2000.  To get started please make sure you have professional pictures and a good idea of your prices,inventory, or services you provide.  We can send you our custom application based on your type of business

I'm unsatisfied with my design, and I want my money back."

Accepted Answer

We're so sorry to hear that you are not pleased with the outcome of your design. We will work dilligently with you up to three revisions to achieve your desired look for your brand. However, we are unable to issue refunds once the design process has begun. We aim for full transparency with turnaround times and design capabilites with our clients and want to create a positive experience for everyone.

Do you offer bundles packages for graphics?

Yes, we now offer retainer packages for multiple services ranging from $100-$300

Do you offer graphic design courses?

Accepted Answer

We are planning our first group session for intro to photoshop 101 for Fall 2020. Due to COVID-19 this class may be pushed back or offer digitally.
